Co-Fund, as a Non-Profit Civil Association, is by its legal nature an organisation whose purpose is the promotion of public benefit objectives, and not the distribution of profits to its members. When registered members “Become Subscribers” — that is, make periodic donations — the financial contribution takes the form of a donation pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code. This constitutes an agreement whereby the donor makes a contribution without expecting anything in return. Nevertheless, Co-Fund is bound by its statutes and ethically to use the donations it receives from supporters for its statutory purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including but not limited to distinctive titles, trademarks, images, graphics, photographs, designs, texts, etc., constitutes the intellectual property of Co-Fund and is protected in accordance with the relevant provisions of Greek law, European legislation, and international conventions, or constitutes the intellectual property of third parties for which Co-Fund has obtained a licence to use.
